Family and Other Sites (08/02/08)

Good morning! It’s still dawn that we were waking up and going to pray. I was the last person who wake up but the first person who went to sleep the day before (big grin)
Well.. after that, we were going out, to Alun-alun of Wonosobo! Then we were taking a pose a little while…
The air is still fresh….

We were stepping by in the way to Alun-alun. We were hungry, no breakfast yet.. There was an old lady selling food, named Serabi.

She was one of my friend, Nova. Delicious, isn’t that!
It was made from coconut, steamed. You can see the white one.. Then the ketchup is made from palm sugar, so it tastes sweet..

We were continuing walk until we arrive at Alun-alun. Alun-alun actually means a field when people of a city were gathering..

There was a big sculpture of Garuda..

Time was up then we were going back to take a shower and get ready to go to Titin’s sister wedding..

This is the shot:

After the wedding, we were going to Kebun Teh Tambi (Tambi Tea Park). We were stepping by to Masjid to get prayer..

These are the picture of the road to get there..

Yuhu.. we arrived!!! The climate is very cool.. We may see the sun is so bright. But the air is so cool.. so clean.. and so green.. love it! There’s very cold..

Then we continue the travel to Telaga Menjer, kinda stagnant pit named Menjer. The place is so beautiful.

People says if a couple was here, then they will be seperated someway.. It could be just a myth.. So ironic compared with the nice place.. After we walked away in Telaga Menjer.. we were going back to home.. get rest..
It was still evening, so we can go out to eat at Lesehan
Lesehan actually means a place where we can gather with friends or accompanies, to eat or just wasting time, but we sit in the floor covered with Tikar. Tikar is kinda plaited matrass made of Bamboo.

Besides, we also bought snacks, called Martabak..
It was made from egg, meat (chopped beef meat), and then fried covered with Kulit Pangsit. It looks like Roti Prata from India..

And we also get Tahu Petis..It is a fried tofu with a  black ketchup made from prawn. A little bit fishy.. but still delicious (drooling)

And also Tempe Kemul again… slurrp… yummy! I ever told you in the previous post about Tempe Kemul. Haaa… time to get rest until next morning.. (sleepy)
